I’m Robyn, the Cheeky Yogi.

My classes blend strength, play, and mindfulness to help you feel at home in your body.

I teach dynamic Vinyasa flows, grounding Hatha, restorative practices, playful workshops as well as deeper spiritual practices such as chanting, meditation & pranayama (breathing techniques) that remind you that the Asana (movement part of the practice) is only one component of the philosophy and practice of Yoga.
